🌿 Digital Products
All our products are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive:

An instant download link (for Canva templates or PDF files), or
-
Access details to your personalized design or website project (sent by email within the agreed time frame).
If you don’t receive your download email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at adriana@tuinvite.com and we’ll resend your access right away.
💌 Personalized Invitations & Custom Designs
For custom orders (like watercolor venue illustrations or personalized invitations):

You’ll receive a digital proof by email within 3–5 business days after we receive your order details.

Final files are delivered digitally (PDF, PNG, or link) once approved.
We do not ship printed materials, but you’re welcome to print your designs through your preferred local or online print shop.
🚚 Physical Shipping (if applicable)
If you ever purchase a product that includes printed delivery (for example, printed samples or physical add-ons), the estimated shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout.
Please note that production and shipping times may vary depending on your location.
